Position Summary:

This full time position reports to the Sales Development Manager. The Inbound Sales Development Representative is responsible for managing incoming sales leads from the company’s various marketing and lead generation methods. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Qualify incoming leads in your pipeline through company research, email correspondence, pre conditioning emails and introductory Zoom calls
  • Schedule and execute introductory calls/product demonstrations for leads
  • Identify client needs and business problems using proven sales methodologies. Accurately transcribe client details into Salesforce CRM
  • Master our tech stack which includes Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Drift et al.
  • Transition qualified leads from your pipeline to an Account Executive’s pipeline to further the customer journey and buying process
  • Nurture cold and existing leads within your pipeline back into the buying cycle
  • Work closely with the Sales Development Manager and Marketing Team to ensure success at conferences and tradeshows, including pre-conference outreach for meetings and post-conference follow-up

Key/Technical Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service and customer interactions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: ability to articulate complex concepts and idea into a simple and understandable format
  • An ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor a pitch based on different conversations had with prospects
  • Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude - a self-starter and competitive mindset
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable in a constantly changing fast paced startup environment
  • Confident using technology and speaking on the phone and zoom meetings

Education and Experience:

  • University or College degree or equivalent experience 
  • Sales and Customer Service experience
